We are committed to producing a high quality product and we ensure that our deliverables are vetted through our quality system prior to issue to the Client.
Independent external Mechanical Engineers with extensive experience in pressure vessel design are used to check our critical pressure vessel calculations. They also check those calculations requiring external verification in accordance with A.S.3920.1.
As part of our commitment to high quality products, we have engineers contributing to the following technical committees:
• AS 1210 - Pressure Vessels;
• AS 4041 – Pressure Piping;
• AS3788 – Pressure Equipment – In-service Inspection; and
• WTIA Panel 1 – Pressure equipment
This means our people and our work are of the highest standard and we are up to date with the latest developments in International Standards.
We are also members of the following organisations:
• ASME – American Society of Mechanical Engineers;
• WTIA – Welding Technology Institute of Australia;
• NACE International – Corrosion Engineering
At all times, you can be assured that we comply with, and in most cases exceed, the regulatory standards laid down by government and industry bodies.

Your engineering designs are created easily, accurately and effectively using in-house and packaged software.
Piping stress analyses and detailed finite element analyses (FEAs) are performed using the latest versions of:
• AutoPIPE © and CAESAR © software; and
• Solid Works Advanced Professional © and NozzlePro © respectively.
We utilise the latest versions of drafting software:
• AutoCAD ©
• AutoPLANT © (3D Pipe Drafting)
• AutoPLANT Isometric ©
• Autoplant P&ID ©
• Prosteel © (3D Steelwork)
We also employ drafters who are proficient in PDS 3-D © pipe drafting.
