2008

• BP Refinery Residual Cracking and Crude Units turnaround – Provided engineering services for pressure vessels design, re-rates, piping design stress analyses, flue gas ducting design, platforms and structures detailed drafting.
• BP Refinery Site Redevelopment Project – Provided onsite Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineers and Project Administration together with office based drafting resources for BP Refinery’s site redevelopment project.
• Project Managers, Engineers, Drafters, Site Supervisors on secondment to BP Refinery.
• Import Bitumen Terminal – Complete plant design - Piping, mechanical, civil, specifications for procurement of major equipment.
• Reagents plant design at Mt Isa.
• Pipe stress analyses for Origin Energy’s compression plants.

• BP Refinery Alkylation Unit turnaround - Provided engineering services for pressure vessels design, re-rates.
• Wallumbilla Compressor Station – Plant layout, piping, vessel, vent stack design
• Verify gas compressors vessels and organise design registration.

• Brisbane Plant site redevelopment for Coogee Chemicals.
• Replacement reactor vessel design for Queensland Nitrates.
• BP Refinery Waste Water Project – Project engineering and piping stress analyses.

2005

• Design and drafting for BP Aust. Gladstone Terminal Fire-fighting upgrade Project.
• Design and drafting of vessel modifications, foundation designs for the BP Ref. 1500 and 400 Units TAR. Detailed design of increase in Furnace stack height. Design internal stack trolley. Foundations design.
• Design and drafting of piping for Condensate Storage at Mosaic Oil’s Churchie Gas Facility.

2004

• Caltex Refinery quench pumps replacement: Detailed design and drafting of piping, structural steel, foundations, accessways over the pumps. All piping and structural drafting performed in 3-D.
• Develop Pressure Equipment Inspection Philosophies in accordance with AS3788 for Pressure Vessels and Piping at BOC’s Bulwer Island, Townsville and Mount Gordon Sites.
• Design and drafting of Mosaic Oil’s Waggamba Plant. Scope included initial layouts, P&ID’s, piping and pipe support design and drafting.
• Pipe stress analysis for Origin Energy’s Spring Gully Plant.

2003

• Mosaic Oil’s Churchie Gas Field - Site layout of Plant, civil and piping design for stage 1 and stage 2 of the gas separation and dehydration plant. Alignment Sheet for pipeline. Project Engineering.
• Origin Energy’s Kincora Gas Plant – Design, draft (Autoplant 3-D) above ground process piping to replace under-ground piping.
• Design and drafting of Queensland Rail Fuel Storage Facilities for BP Aust.
• Numerous sites throughout the state were replaced with new facilities and involved the design and drafting of bunded above ground Diesel Storage tanks and associated piping.
