The company is committed to producing a quality product. Engineering calculations and drawings are thoroughly checked prior to issue to the Client.
An independent external Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in pressure vessel design is utilised to check critical pressure vessel calculations and those calculations requiring external verification in accordance with A.S.3920.1.
Software and Technology
The majority of Engineering pressure vessel and piping calculations are performed on computers utilising in-house and packaged software. Piping stress analysis is performed utilising AutoPIPE software. Detailed finite element analyses are performed utilising COSMOS Design Star.
The majority of drafting is also performed on computer utilising software packages:
We have two Drafters who are proficient in PDS 3-D pipe drafting. We also have one Drafter trained to use the licensed software package SolidWorks.
Our Engineering and Drafting staff have expertise in Pressure Piping, Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Structural Steelwork and Reinforced Concrete. |
